To have track of the health of your enterprise, you’ll be adviced to have a Balanced Score Card. But here in the ‘Verse, we talk about the Balanced Score Sheet.
What Is a Balanced Scorecard? Link to heading
The balanced scorecard (BSC) is a strategic planning and management system used by organizations to:
- Communicate what they are trying to accomplish
- Align daily work with strategy
- Prioritize projects, products, and services
- Measure and monitor progress towards strategic targets
The term “balanced” refers to the inclusion of strategic measures in addition to traditional financial measures to get a more complete view of organizational performance.
Originally developed as a performance measurement tool, the BSC has evolved into a comprehensive framework for managing strategy. One of its key strengths is its ability to “connect the dots” across the organization—linking individual and team activities, performance metrics (KPIs), strategic objectives, and the organization’s mission and vision in a clear, integrated way.

Balance Sheet & Trade Log Link to heading
To keep track on our enterprise, we utilize a relative simple “Trade Log” for our TradeRuns.
This “Trade Log” will convert in the “Analysis” tab into a BSS or simply just a report.
The most important “Actions” are:
- ‘We Buy’ > to log, what commodities we buy where to what price at what inventory status at the buying location
- ‘We Store’ > to log, what commodities we store where, especially on mass trading, when ‘store location’ is not the same as ‘selling location’
- ‘We Sell’ > to log, what commodities we sell where to what price at what inventory status at the selling location
- ‘Epense’ > to log, refueling, repairing and other expances to have a clear idea on milage and operation costs
Trading Protocol - Accounting Link to heading
In our “TradeRun Analysis” we give you the protocol for a Mass TradeRun per the commodity you’re trading. This gives you an idea of the potential if you scale your enterprise.
The protocol will list your commodity with classification and:
- ‘Max Inventory’ (amount of SCU available) at the buying location with the best price
- The maximum invest, if you would buy all of that commodity at that location
- ‘Out of Stock’ (amount of SCU able to sell) at the selling location with the best price
- The maximum revenue, if you would sell all of that commodity at that location
- the ratio of how many times you need to buy all to sell all (buy:sell) per commodity
- the resulting profit before taxes and expenses

You’ll have at least two trading spots. One, where you buy commodities and second, where you sell commodities.
