Cargo Services is the top floor of the station. Usually, there is a Vantage Rental Terminal where you can rent a selection of ships and vehicles. You also find terminals to buy utilities & Stor*All boxes.

Station with Cargo Center Deck have the ability to autoload & autounload Hull-C and bigger ships with spindels. For large scale hauling and trading, this becomes relevant. There are ships (like the Hull-C) you cannot load inside a hangar, only Cargo Center Deck.
